CBBS
N-t-cyclohexyl-di-(2-benzothiazole) sulfenimide
CBBS show longer scorch safety, better anti reversion curing, lower curing speed, higher modulus and lower HBU of NR and diene rubbers than the standard CBS. To replace DCBS for the tire steel cord bonding compounds show excellent heat resistance and service durability. Suitable for tires, belts, hoses, and other TRG articles.
TBSI
N-t-butyl-di-(2-benzothiazole)sulfenimide
TBSI snow longer scorch safety, better anti reversion curing, lower curing speed, higher modulus and lower HBU of NR and diene rubbers than TBBS. TBSI can increase the heat stability and durability of bonding compounds of tire rubber to steel cord. The physical performance of vulcanizates is almost same with TBBS and DCBS. Suitable for the thick section rubber products, e.g. TBR, OTR and GOTR tires.

DPT (DPG substitute)
70%Moderaye MW Zinc dithiophosphate and 30% active filler
DPT is better for sulfur cured NR and diene rubbers and particularly for EPDM. As a secondary accelerator blending with sulphonamides, thiazol, thiurams, and dithiocarbamates. The vulcanizates have excellent heat resistance and anti reversion performance. It is nitrosamine free, no blooming, no staining, no smell accelerator with very fast curing speed. It os good replacement for DPG for tire, belts, hoses, shoe soles and other silica compounds.
TBzTD
Tetrabenzylthiuram disulfide
TBzTD is mainly used to replace TMTD. It is a fast curing rate thiuram accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. TBzTD dosen’t release carcinogenic nitrosamines during vulcanisation. Used as an Eco friendly accelerator to replace other thiurams in green tires and rubber articles.
TiBTD
Tetraisobutylthiruam disulphide
TiBTD is a green and non-staining ultra-accelerator. Ot is widely used as accelerator for NR,IR,BR,SBR,IIR,NBR and EPDM vulcanization that almost not produce nitrosamine. The performance of TiBTD is similar with TT and TETD, but has no foaming risk. The good scorch protection combine with good cure time of TiBTD allows higher processing and holding temperatures.
